The Learning Tree 2008-2009 School Year Tuition (September through August) Effective September 1, 2007
*3-day options must include a Monday and/or Friday Note: Schedule reductions will only be granted if we can fill the day or hours with another child. A 30 day notice is required on schedule reductions. A family may increase their child's schedule at any time if there is room in the classroom.
Fall Enrollment Fee Schedule February 18th: $300 non-refundable deposit, credited toward September tuition for returning families. April 21st : $150 non-refundable registration fee and deposit (50% of September) due for new families. August 5th : Remainder of September tuition is due for new and returning families.
Fall Refund Policy
For Fall notify The Learning Tree in writing by July 1st 50% refund of September tuition.
No Refunds
After July 1st
Discounts: A 3% sibling discount on tuition. The discount is applied to the second child’s tuition only.
Late Fee: Accounts not paid in full by the 10th of each month will be charged a $10 late fee (alternate written arrangements may be made in advance to avoid this fee). On the second consecutive missed payment (or after 60 days), accounts are transferred to a collection service.
Extra Hours: $7/hour or $50/day, which ever is less (must be pre-approved by calling the office). THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2008 |
