2009-2010 School Year Tuition (September through August)

Note: schedule reductions during the school year will only be granted if we can fill the day or hours with another child. A 30 day notice is required on schedule reductions. A family may increase their child’s schedule at any time if there is room in the classroom.
Fall Enrollment Fee Schedule:
- March 1st:
- $300 non-refundable deposit, credited toward September tuition for returning families.
- April 26th:
- $150 non-refundable registration fee and deposit (50% of September) due for new families.
- August 5th:
- Remainder of September tuition is due for new and returning families.
- Fall Refund Policy:
- Notify The Learning Tree in writing by July 1st. 50% refund of September tuition.
October through August refunds given only with 60 days notice. - Discounts:
- 3% sibling discount on tuition. The discount is applied to the second child’s tuition only.
- Late Fee:
- After the second late notice, accounts not paid in full by the 10th of each month will be charged a $25.00 late fee (alternate written arrangements may be made in advance to avoid this fee). On the second consecutive missed payment (or after 60 days), accounts are transferred to a collection service.
- Extra Hours:
- $7.00/hour or $50/day, whichever is less (must be pre-approved by calling the office).
