2011-2012 School Year Tuition (September through August)
Effective September 1, 2011
The Learning Tree accepts various subsidy programs including City (DHHS) and State (DSHS) subsidy. We also have our own limited Scholarship Fund that families may apply for.

*We are encouraging families to consider choosing a 4 or 5 day option rather than the 3-day options. However, if 4 or 5 days does not work within your family needs, any 3 day options must include a Monday or Friday.
Fall Enrollment Fee Schedule:
- February 14:
- $300 non-refundable deposit, credited toward September tuition for returning families.
- March 14:
- $100 non-refundable registration fee and $500 deposit due for new families.
- August 5th:
- Remainder of September tuition is due for new and returning families.
- Fall Refund Policy:
- Deposits on September tuition are non-refundable.
October through August refunds given only with 60 days notice. - Discounts:
- 3% sibling discount on tuition. The discount is applied to the second child’s tuition only.
- Late Fee:
- Accounts not paid in full by the 10th of each month will be charged a $25.00 late fee (alternate written arrangements may be made in advance to avoid this fee). On the second consecutive missed payment (or after 60 days), accounts are transferred to a collection service.
- Extra Hours:
- $7.00/hour or $50/day, whichever is less (must be pre-approved by calling the office).
